July 23, 2019: Led by Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods and the Bluebird District, this project aimed to improve safety on Colfax Ave using data collection, traffic calming, and pedestrian crossings at Colfax and Madison during the Bluebird District’s annual Tasty Colfax event.
