Learn how to advocate strategically for safe streets and better transportation options through one of our two Fall programs!
Transit Promotores
Transit Promotores is an 8-week bilingual Spanish/English certificate program centered on Denver’s Latino/a communities. Building on lived experience and community connections, you will gain the tools needed to mobilize your coalition around transit advocacy.
Thursday evenings, September 10 & 17, October 8-Nov 12
Advocacy Academy
Join the Denver Streets Partnership’s Advocacy Academy: a 10-week certificate program to give you the tools, expertise, experience, and connections to be a mobility leader. Ages 15+ are welcome. (If you’re under 18, you will need your parent’s or guardian’s permission.)
Wednesday evenings, September 9-November 11
How are the programs different?
While Transit Promotores and Advocacy Academy both focus on how to strategically advocate for better public transportation in Denver, they have different emphasis areas and lenses through which participants will learn.
