About
We believe that human dignity should be the guiding principle for the design of our transportation system so that everyone can thrive and connect to what matters most.
We work to connect decision-makers and Denver residents with diverse perspectives, timely information, and practical solutions to reduce our city’s dependence on cars and design communities that prioritize people.
Staff
Jill Locantore
Executive Director
Jill has more than 15 years of experience working on urban planning issues and the intersection of land use and transportation with environmental sustainability, economic development, public health, and social justice issues. Prior to working for the Denver Streets Partnership (DSP), she served as Executive Director of WalkDenver. She lives with her husband, one dog, and zero cars in Denver’s City Park West neighborhood.
Sam McCrory
Advocacy Programs Manager
In his role at DSP, Sam helps to plan and execute DSP’s advocacy programs in Denver. Prior to his work at DSP, he spent several years working at St. Louis-based transportation planning non-profit Trailnet, where he worked to improve the safety for people walking and biking. In his free time, he enjoys going to trivia, exploring all the dive bars Denver has to offer, and experiencing life without a car!
Jace Davis
Advocacy Programs Coordinator
Jace brings to the DSP team a wealth of experience navigating cities by walking, biking, and taking public transit. He imagines a Denver where all can enjoyably walk, roll, and ride without taking on the current risk of injury or loss of life. Jace enjoys finding every excuse to navigate Denver streets on two wheels, even when carting supplies to our events.
Molly McKinley
Policy Director
Molly comes to Colorado by way of North Carolina and is experienced in environmental policy and grassroots organizing. She joins DSP after working with Bicycle Colorado, the North Carolina Conservation Network, and the Neuse Riverkeeper Foundation. She believes that shifting the priorities of our transportation system is a means towards environmental justice and a critical part of reducing our impact on climate change. Molly currently serves on the Denver Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Sustainable Transportation Committee of Denver’s Sustainability Advisory Council. She loves riding the bus, biking Denver’s urban trails, and aimlessly running laps around Cheesman Park.
Adrienne Razavi
Organizing Manager
Adrienne comes to DSP with experience working in education with underserved communities. She was a fierce advocate for her students and has a natural way of connecting with others and creative problem solving. Her passion for helping people and her deep concern for car-dependent communities fuel her work in generating grassroots power for our policy initiatives.
Mari Meier
Communications Manager
With so many voices taking up space in today’s world, Mari is careful to use her experience in communications to amplify the voices of people and things that do good. She is grateful to DSP for opening her up to the world of micromobility and supporting her journey from car-brained suburbanite to starry-eyed city e-biker in her first two years on the team. Treasured trips include her commute, joy rides through her neighborhood in Capitol Hill, and any trip with a friend in tow.
