The Denver Streets Partnership is excited to officially welcome two new staff members to our team!

Molly McKinley is our new Policy Director. Molly has served as the Vice-Chair of the Denver Streets Partnership Steering Committee since early 2020 and she is excited to continue working closely with partners and supporters like you in her new role as Policy Director. Molly brings a background in environmental policy and grassroots organizing to the team. She believes that shifting the priorities of our transportation system is a means towards environmental justice. You can expect more regular policy updates and opportunities to get involved on important issues, from her and the rest of the organizing team. She’s most excited to continue expanding DSP’s work advocating for better public transit, from Congress to City Council, because she thinks that better bus service is the answer to a lot of Denver’s problems, but you can still count on her to nerd out over bikes, sidewalks, and safe street improvements, too.

James Waddell will serve as our new Director of Community and Business Engagement. Having previously worked with the Downtown Denver Partnership, James is dialed into the local business sector. He transitioned to the mobility solace working with B-Cycle in Denver and Boulder, and was most recently the Executive Director at BikeDenver and the Mobility Program Director at Bicycle Colorado. James will help the Denver Streets Partnership grow valuable, lasting business and community partnerships. James is a long time resident of the Five Points neighborhood and loves riding the streets of Denver with his wife and son. He strongly believes Denver is a better place to live, work and play when all residents have access to safe and convenient transit options, bike lanes and sidewalks.
