On August 2, 2019, the Denver Streets Partnership wrote a letter to Mayor Hancock saying Denver needs at least $120 million per year from new funding sources to build out complete sidewalk, bicycle and transit networks within 20 years rather than hundreds of years. We asked the Mayor and City Council members to stand with the Denver Streets Partnership and support a process to identify funding solutions by November 2020.
