Since the 2019 adoption of the Stadium District Master Plan, city planners with Denver Community Planning and Development have been working on bringing to life the plan’s vision for a new, mixed-use neighborhood destination at Empower Field at Mile High. To hear more about potential zoning and design that could guide development on the surface parking lots on the south end of the stadium, join them for a virtual open house Thursday, October 29. The project team will give a brief presentation and be available to answer questions.
