The Denver Streets Partnership is proud to partner with the Colfax Ave Business Improvement District to bring awareness and support to the 16th Ave Shared Street. Join us on Saturday to show your love for the Shared Street and additional safety improvements such as traffic circles and bulb outs.
Activities include:
- Neighborhood Navigators will accompany bike riders, scooter riders and walkers along 16th Avenue to show current street designs and potential improvements.
- Check out connections from 16th Ave. to the Colfax Ave BID and celebrate Independents Day with a special Scavenger Hunt.
- Tour Colfax’s public art, including a new round of Power Box Art from 16 different local artists. Double your points if you support local businesses along the way!
- Watch two local chalk artists beautify some pavement
- Test out bikes and scooters from Lime
The Colfax Ave BID will give away $500 in gift cards to local businesses for Scavenger Hunt winners! There will also be DSP giveaways
