PhotoVoice Project
A family-friendly way to highlight people-friendly streets in your neighborhood
Show us safe streets near you!
People-friendly streets are easy to identify, with features like wide sidewalks, clear speed limits & traffic calming measures, ADA-accessible crossings, and many others. As Denver winds down its stay-at-home order, now is a great time to brush up on your knowledge of the features that make our communities safe for walking, biking, and staying active.
To that end, we’re excited to announce the PhotoVoice Project, a family-friendly way to identify people-friendly streets in your neighborhood.
Here’s how it works:
- Download this map
- Fill in the map while walking, biking or scootering around your neighborhood, identifying the features that make our streets safe (or unsafe!) for people.
- Take pictures!
- When the map is complete, submit it with any pictures using this form.
- We will feature a few submissions in our newsletter and here on the website
