Get ready for the November 3 election!
On this page you’ll find everything you need to cast your City & County of Denver ballot as a mobility and safe streets advocate on November 3, 2026. And if you’re a voter in another jurisdiction, there’s some good stuff below on regional ballot measures!
This year, a Special Election for the Denver City Council At-Large Seat B vacancy will also occur in conjunction with the General Election, so you will find details about that Special Election here too.
You won’t find any candidate endorsements below because of our status as a 501(c)(3) organization—and because we work collaboratively with decision makers at all levels of government, no matter who gets elected!

Special election: Denver City Council At-Large Seat B
In August Sarah Parady resigned her seat on the Denver City Council, creating a vacancy that will be filled via a concurrent Special Election that aligns with the November General Election. On September 10, 2026, the Denver Streets Congress members met with candidates for the vacancy to discuss transportation, mobility, and safety considerations that are critical to the well-being of Denverites.
Candidates were also invited to respond to a survey about their attitudes toward mobility issues around the city. Click on the candidate name below to view their responses, or click the table to zoom in on a summary of responses to yes/no survey questions. Names without content have not yet responded; we will continue to update this page as responses become available.
There are 10 candidates running for the At-Large Seat, and unlike many general elections, this election is determined by a simple majority vote. That means there is no minimum threshold required to win–whichever candidate gets the most votes gets the seat. This makes your voice especially important for this particular election!
Regional Ballot Measure 7A, Front Range Passenger Rail District Tax Increase
The Front Range Passenger Rail (FRPR) District consists of parts or all of the following counties:
| Adams | Denver | Jefferson | Weld |
| Arapahoe | Douglas | Larimer | |
| Broomfield | El Paso | Las Animas | |
| Boulder | Huerfano | Pueblo |
If you reside within the boundaries of the Front Range Passenger Rail District, you will see Ballot Measure 7A on your ballot this year. The key issue is whether to raise sales and use tax within the District by 0.333% to fund the construction and maintenance of the Front Range Passenger Rail, newly dubbed the Colorado Connector, or CoCo.
Along with our fellow mobility advocates, we’ve taken a position supporting this increase.
